Persons having access to this technical documentation are bound by professional secrecy for all information relating to manufacturing and operating processes.

L’autorité administrative habilitée à contrôler la conformité des équipements de travail et des moyens de protection peut demander au fabricant ou à l’importateur communication d’une documentation technique dont le contenu est déterminé par voie réglementaire.

Les personnes ayant accès à cette documentation technique sont tenues au secret professionnel pour toutes les informations relatives aux procédés de fabrication et d’exploitation.
