The duly constituted professional groups of masseur-physiotherapists and chiropodists are entitled to prosecute offenders by way of direct summons before the criminal court, without prejudice to the right to bring a civil action in any prosecution brought by the public prosecutor.

Les groupements professionnels régulièrement constitués de masseurs-kinésithérapeutes et de pédicures-podologues sont habilités à poursuivre les délinquants par voie de citation directe devant la juridiction correctionnelle, sans préjudice de la faculté de se porter partie civile dans toute poursuite intentée par le ministère public.
