Medical electroradiology manipulators may use their evidence of formal qualifications in the language of the State which issued them. He must indicate the place and establishment where it was obtained.

In the event that the evidence of formal qualifications from the country of origin, whether a Member State or a Party, is likely to be confused with evidence of formal qualifications requiring additional training in France, the competent authority may decide that the medical electroradiology manipulator will refer to the evidence of formal qualifications from the country of origin, whether a Member State or a Party, in an appropriate form indicated by the competent authority.

Le manipulateur d’électroradiologie médicale peut faire usage de son titre de formation dans la langue de l’Etat qui le lui a délivré. Il est tenu de faire figurer le lieu et l’établissement où il a été obtenu.

Dans le cas où le titre de formation de l’Etat d’origine, membre ou partie, est susceptible d’être confondu avec un titre exigeant en France une formation complémentaire, l’autorité compétente peut décider que le manipulateur d’électroradiologie médicale fera état du titre de formation de l’Etat d’origine, membre ou partie, dans une forme appropriée qu’elle lui indique.
