Hearing-aid acousticians, students studying for the diploma provided for in article L. 4361-3 and the persons mentioned in article L. 4361-5 are bound by professional secrecy under the conditions and subject to the penalties set out in articles 226-13 and 226-14 of the French Penal Code.

Les audioprothésistes, les élèves poursuivant les études préparatoires à l’obtention du diplôme prévu à l’article L. 4361-3 et les personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 4361-5 sont tenus au secret professionnel dans les conditions et sous les peines énoncées aux articles 226-13 et 226-14 du code pénal.
