Article L4393-10 of the French Public Health Code

Persons holding a certificate or qualification, the list of which is set by order of the Minister for Health, may also practise the profession of dental assistant, provided that the corresponding training began before the date of entry into force of the order mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 4393-9.

Peuvent également exercer la profession d’assistant dentaire les personnes titulaires d’un certificat ou d’un titre dont la liste est fixée par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé, dès lors que la formation correspondante a débuté avant la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’arrêté mentionné au second alinéa de l’article L. 4393-9.
