Article L4433-19 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The regions of Guadeloupe, Mayotte and Reunion define the actions they intend to take in terms of industrial development, after consulting the regional economic, social and environmental council. Each region, as far as it is concerned, is informed each year, on the one hand, of the projects of the nationalised companies in favour of industrial development and, on the other hand, of the distribution of State aid to industry.

Les régions de Guadeloupe, de Mayotte et de la Réunion définissent les actions qu’elles entendent mener en matière de développement industriel, après avis du conseil économique, social et environnemental régional. Chaque région, pour ce qui la concerne, est informée, chaque année, d’une part, des projets des sociétés nationalisées en faveur du développement industriel et, d’autre part, de la répartition des aides de l’Etat à l’industrie.
