The planning and sustainable development plan, drawn up on the basis of articles LO 6161-42 and LO 6161-43 in their wording in force before the publication of the loi organique n° 2010-1486 du 7 décembre 2010 relative au Département de Mayotte, and which came into force on 22 June 2009, is assimilated to the regional development plan provided for in articles L. 4433-7 à L. 4433-11.
It is revised under the conditions provided for in article L. 4433-10.
Le plan d’aménagement et de développement durable, élaboré sur le fondement des articles LO 6161-42 et LO 6161-43 dans leur rédaction en vigueur avant la publication de la loi organique n° 2010-1486 du 7 décembre 2010 relative au Département de Mayotte, et entré en vigueur le 22 juin 2009, est assimilé au schéma d’aménagement régional prévu aux articles L. 4433-7 à L. 4433-11.
Il est révisé dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4433-10.
