Article L451-1-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Autorité des marchés financiers shall ensure that issuers whose registered office is located outside France, which are not subject to the obligations defined in Article L. 451-1-2, and whose securities referred to in I and II of that Article are admitted to trading only on a French regulated market, publish regulated information within the meaning of Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on the harmonisation of transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and amending Directive 2001/34/EC, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers.

Article L451-1-3

L’Autorité des marchés financiers veille à ce que les émetteurs dont le siège est établi hors de France, qui ne sont pas soumis aux obligations définies à l’article L. 451-1-2, et dont des titres mentionnés aux I et II du même article sont admis aux négociations uniquement sur un marché réglementé français publient l’information réglementée au sens de la directive 2004/109/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil, du 15 décembre 2004, sur l’harmonisation des obligations de transparence concernant l’information sur les émetteurs dont les valeurs mobilières sont admises à la négociation sur un marché réglementé et modifiant la directive 2001/34/CE, dans les conditions et selon les modalités prévues par le règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers.
