Article L452-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

An association taking legal action under articles L. 452-2 and L. 452-3 may bring a civil action before the examining magistrate or the court in the place where the defendant has its registered office or resides or, failing this, the place where the first offence was committed.

L’association qui exerce une action en justice en application des articles L. 452-2 et L. 452-3 peut se constituer partie civile devant le juge d’instruction ou la juridiction de jugement du siège social ou du lieu d’habitation de la personne mise en cause ou, à défaut, du lieu de la première infraction.
