The intervention of the inter-company college for safety, health and working conditions does not alter the nature and extent of the responsibilities incumbent on the participants in the building or civil engineering operation pursuant to the other provisions of this code, or the powers of the staff representative bodies responsible for health, safety and working conditions.

L’intervention du collège interentreprises de sécurité, de santé et des conditions de travail ne modifie pas la nature et l’étendue des responsabilités qui incombent aux participants à l’opération de bâtiment ou de génie civil en application des autres dispositions du présent code, ni les attributions des institutions représentatives du personnel compétentes en matière de santé, de sécurité et des conditions de travail.
