When several companies are called upon to work on a site which is either subject to the prior declaration provided for in article L. 4532-1, or requires the execution of one or more of the works included in a list of works involving particular risks determined by order of the ministers responsible for labour and agriculture, the project owner shall have a general health and safety coordination plan drawn up by the coordinator.
This plan is drawn up during the design, study and development phase of the project and kept up to date throughout the duration of the works.
