Article L4733-11 of the French Labour Code

In the event of a refusal to authorise the resumption of performance of the employment contract or the work experience agreement, the training establishment in which the young person is registered is informed of this decision so that it can take the necessary steps to enable the young person to provisionally follow the training provided by the establishment and to find a new employer likely to contribute to the completion of his training.

In the case of a young person undergoing school-based training, the educational establishment will take the necessary steps to ensure the continuity of his training.

En cas de refus d’autoriser la reprise de l’exécution du contrat du travail ou de la convention de stage, l’établissement de formation où est inscrit le jeune est informé de cette décision afin de pouvoir prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour lui permettre de suivre provisoirement la formation dispensée par l’établissement et de trouver un nouvel employeur susceptible de contribuer à l’achèvement de sa formation.


Pour un jeune suivant une formation sous statut scolaire, l’établissement d’enseignement prend les dispositions nécessaires pour assurer la continuité de sa formation.
