In the event of a refusal to authorise the resumption of performance of the employment contract or the work experience agreement, the training establishment in which the young person is registered is informed of this decision so that it can take the necessary steps to enable the young person to provisionally follow the training provided by the establishment and to find a new employer likely to contribute to the completion of his training.
In the case of a young person undergoing school-based training, the educational establishment will take the necessary steps to ensure the continuity of his training.
