Article L4733-3 of the French Labour Code

When the labour inspector referred to in article L. 8112-1 observes that, as a result of being assigned to one or more of the regulated jobs referred to in article L. 4153-9, a young worker under the age of eighteen is placed in a situation that exposes him or her to serious and imminent danger to life or health, he or she will immediately remove the young worker.

Lorsque l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1 constate que, par l’affectation à un ou plusieurs travaux réglementés prévus à l’article L. 4153-9, un jeune travailleur âgé de moins de dix-huit ans est placé dans une situation l’exposant à un danger grave et imminent pour sa vie ou sa santé, il procède à son retrait immédiat.
