Article L490-2 of the French Commercial code

In the event of conviction for an offence provided for in Title IV of this Book, the court may order that its decision be displayed or broadcast under the conditions provided for in Article 131-10 of the Criminal Code.

En cas de condamnation au titre d’un délit prévu au titre IV du présent livre, la juridiction peut ordonner que sa décision soit affichée ou diffusée dans les conditions prévues par l’article 131-10 du code pénal.
