Article L511-63 of the French Commercial code

The replacement is settled, for continental France, uniformly as follows: 0.25% on the chief towns of departments, 0.50% on the chief towns of arrondissements, 0.75% on any other place.

In no case shall there be a replacement in the same department.

Le rechange se règle, pour la France continentale, uniformément comme suit : 0,25 % sur les chefs-lieux de départements, 0,50 % sur les chefs-lieux d’arrondissements, 0,75 % sur toute autre place.

En aucun cas, il n’y a lieu à rechange dans le même département.
