Article L5133-8 of the French Labour Code

Personalised assistance to return to work may be allocated by the body within which the referent referred to in article L. 262-27 of the Social Action and Family Code has been appointed. Its purpose is to cover all or part of the costs incurred by the person concerned when starting or returning to work.

The personalised aid for returning to work cannot be transferred or seized.

Une aide personnalisée de retour à l’emploi peut être attribuée par l’organisme au sein duquel le référent mentionné à l’article L. 262-27 du code de l’action sociale et des familles a été désigné. Elle a pour objet de prendre en charge tout ou partie des coûts exposés par l’intéressé lorsqu’il débute ou reprend une activité professionnelle.

L’aide personnalisée de retour à l’emploi est incessible et insaisissable.
