Each year, Caisse des dépôts et consignations pays the French State a fraction of the net income from its proprietary activities, after payment of a contribution representing corporate income tax, set by decree after consultation with the institution’s supervisory board. The amount of this payment may not be such as to call into question the solvency of Caisse des dépôts et consignations or its compliance with the prudential rules applicable to it.

Article L518-16
