Article L520-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In accordance with article L. 240-1, the provisions of this Title are applicable to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by Book II, with the exception of the provisions of article L. 521-1 relating to the determination of the State responsible for examining the asylum application and the provisions of articles L. 521-2, L. 521-5 and L. 522-1 to L. 522-5.

Article L520-2

Conformément à l’article L. 240-1, les dispositions du présent titre sont applicables à l’étranger dont la situation est régie par le livre II, à l’exclusion des dispositions de l’article L. 521-1 relatives à la détermination de l’Etat responsable de l’examen de la demande d’asile ainsi que des dispositions des articles L. 521-2, L. 521-5 et L. 522-1 à L. 522-5.
