Article L5213-10 of the French Labour Code

The State may grant financial assistance from the Fonds de Développement pour l’Insertion Professionnelle des Handicapés (Development Fund for the Professional Integration of the Disabled) to any employer subject to the obligation to employ disabled workers, in order to facilitate the placement or return to work of disabled people in an ordinary production environment.

This aid may also be intended to compensate for additional supervision costs.

Article L5213-10

L’Etat peut attribuer une aide financière du fonds de développement pour l’insertion professionnelle des handicapés à tout employeur soumis à l’obligation d’emploi de travailleurs handicapés afin de faciliter la mise ou la remise au travail en milieu ordinaire de production des personnes handicapées.

Cette aide peut également être destinée à compenser les charges supplémentaires d’encadrement.
