Article L5213-15 of the French Labour Code

A disabled worker employed in an adapted enterprise receives a wage set in accordance with the job he or she holds and his or her qualifications by reference to the legal provisions or collective bargaining stipulations applicable in the branch of activity.

This wage may not be less than the minimum growth wage determined in application of articles L. 3231-1 et seq.

The worker in an adapted enterprise also benefits from the provisions of Book III of Part Three relating to profit-sharing and employee savings schemes.

Le travailleur handicapé employé dans une entreprise adaptée reçoit un salaire fixé compte tenu de l’emploi qu’il occupe et de sa qualification par référence aux dispositions légales ou stipulations conventionnelles applicables dans la branche d’activité.

Ce salaire ne peut être inférieur au salaire minimum de croissance déterminé en application des articles L. 3231-1 et suivants.

Le travailleur en entreprise adaptée bénéficie en outre des dispositions prévues au livre III de la troisième partie relatives à l’intéressement, à la participation et à l’épargne salariale.
