Article L526-29 of the French Commercial code

The following shall not apply to the universal transfer of the business assets of a sole trader, any clause to the contrary being deemed unwritten:

1° Article 815-14 of the Civil Code;

2° Article 1699 of the same Code;

3° Articles L. 141-12 to L. 141-22 of this Code.
