Article L5424-24 of the French Labour Code

For the purposes of this section, the persons referred to inArticle L. 611-1 of the Social Security Code, Articles L. 722-1 and L. 731-23 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code, 4° to 6°, 11°, 12°, 23°, 30° and 35° ofArticle L. 311-3 of the Social Security Code and Article L. 382-1 of the Social Security Code are deemed to be self-employed workers.

Pour l’application de la présente section, sont regardés comme travailleurs indépendants les personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 611-1 du code de la sécurité sociale, aux articles L. 722-1 et L. 731-23 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, aux 4° à 6°, 11°, 12°, 23°, 30° et 35° de l’article L. 311-3 du code de la sécurité sociale et à l’article L. 382-1 du même code.
