Article L546-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – When registering or renewing their registration, the persons referred to in I of article L. 546-1 are required to provide the body that keeps the register with all the information needed to verify the conditions governing access to and practice of their activity. They are also required to inform this body as soon as possible if they no longer comply with these conditions.

II. – Failure to comply with the conditions governing access to and practice of this activity automatically results in their removal from the single register referred to in article L. 546-1. This body will make public the decision to remove them from the register.

Article L546-2

I. – Lors de leur immatriculation ou du renouvellement de celle-ci, les personnes mentionnées au I de l’article L. 546-1 sont tenues de transmettre à l’organisme qui tient le registre toute information nécessaire à la vérification des conditions relatives à l’accès à leur activité et à son exercice. Elles sont également tenues d’informer dans les meilleurs délais cet organisme lorsqu’elles ne respectent plus ces conditions.

II. – Le non-respect des conditions relatives à l’accès à cette activité et à son exercice entraîne leur radiation d’office du registre unique mentionné à l’article L. 546-1. Cet organisme rend publique la radiation prononcée.
