Article L572-6 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Where the transfer decision is notified together with a decision on house arrest issued pursuant to article L. 751-2, or a decision on placement in detention issued pursuant to article L. 751-9, the matter may be referred to the president of the administrative court within forty-eight hours of notification of the decision.
A decision shall be handed down in accordance with the conditions and time limits laid down in articles L. 614-7 to L. 614-13.

Article L572-6

Lorsque la décision de transfert est notifiée avec une décision d’assignation à résidence édictée en application de l’article L. 751-2, ou une décision de placement en rétention édictée en application de l’article L. 751-9, le président du tribunal administratif peut être saisi dans le délai de quarante-huit heures suivant la notification de la décision.
Il est statué selon les conditions et délais prévus aux articles L. 614-7 à L. 614-13.
