If the transfer decision is annulled, the surveillance measures provided for in Book VII are immediately terminated. The administrative authority will rule again on the case of the person concerned.
Si la décision de transfert est annulée, il est immédiatement mis fin aux mesures de surveillance prévues au livre VII. L’autorité administrative statue à nouveau sur le cas de l’intéressé.
