A foreign national who is the subject of a request to be taken into care or taken back into care pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 may be placed under house arrest in accordance with the procedures laid down in Articles L. 751-2 to L. 751-7.
L’étranger qui fait l’objet d’une requête aux fins de prise en charge ou de reprise en charge en application du règlement (UE) n° 604/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 26 juin 2013 peut être assigné à résidence selon les modalités prévues aux articles L. 751-2 à L. 751-7.
