Article L5843-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The provisions of the single chapter of Title I of Book VII of Part Five mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table, subject to the adaptations provided for in II.

III. – For the application of Article L. 5711-3, the words:”, L. 5215-22″ are deleted.

I. – Les dispositions du chapitre unique du titre Ier du livre VII de la cinquième partie mentionnées dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après sont applicables en Polynésie française, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II.

III. – Pour l’application de l’article L. 5711-3, les mots : “, L. 5215-22 ” sont supprimés.
