The Congress of Departmental and Regional Elected Representatives and Mayors meets at the request of the General Council or Regional Council, on an agenda determined by deliberation taken by a majority of the votes cast by the members of the assembly.
The notice convening the meeting is sent to the members of the Congress of Departmental and Regional Elected Representatives and Mayors at least ten clear days before the day of the meeting. It is accompanied by a report on each of the items on the agenda.
The congress of elected departmental and regional representatives and mayors may not meet when the general council or regional council is in session.
