Article L610-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In accordance with Article L. 253-1, the provisions of Article L. 611-3, the second paragraph of Article L. 613-3, the first sentence of Article L. 613-6 and Chapter IV of this Title, with the exception of the provisions of Article L. 614-5, are applicable to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by Book II.

Article L610-1

Conformément à l’article L. 253-1, les dispositions de l’article L. 611-3, du second alinéa de l’article L. 613-3, de la première phrase de l’article L. 613-6 et du chapitre IV du présent titre, à l’exception des dispositions de l’article L. 614-5, sont applicables à l’étranger dont la situation est régie par le livre II.
