Article L611-1 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

For the application of Article L. 412-6 In French Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion Island and Mayotte, the period during which any eviction order is suspended is set by the State representative, with the approval of the General Council, for a period of three and a half months, divided, if necessary, to take into account the particular climatic conditions specific to this community.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 412-6 en Guyane, en Guadeloupe, en Martinique, à La Réunion et à Mayotte, la période pendant laquelle il est sursis à toute mesure d’expulsion est fixée par le représentant de l’Etat, après avis conforme du conseil général, pour une durée de trois mois et demi, le cas échéant divisée de manière à tenir compte des particularités climatiques propres à cette collectivité.
