Article L612-5 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The administrative authority may terminate the period of voluntary departure granted pursuant to article L. 612-1 if a reason for refusing this period appears after notification of the decision relating to this period.

L’autorité administrative peut mettre fin au délai de départ volontaire accordé en application de l’article L. 612-1 si un motif de refus de ce délai apparaît postérieurement à la notification de la décision relative à ce délai.
