Article L613-34-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

For the purposes of this Section, where the college of supervisors or the college of resolution takes a decision or measure which may have an impact in one or more other Member States, the college shall take into account the interest of the other Member States in which significant parent undertakings, subsidiaries or branches are established, including the impact on the financial stability, budgetary resources and deposit guarantee or investor compensation schemes of those Member States.

Aux fins de la présente section, lorsque le collège de supervision ou le collège de résolution prend une décision ou une mesure susceptible d’avoir une incidence dans un ou plusieurs autres Etats membres, le collège prend en compte l’intérêt des autres Etats membres dans lesquels sont établies des entreprises mères, des filiales ou des succursales d’importance significative, notamment l’incidence sur la stabilité financière, les ressources budgétaires et le système de garantie des dépôts ou d’indemnisation des investisseurs de ces Etats membres.
