Article L613-40-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The resolution college shall notify the supervisory college and, where applicable, the competent authorities of the Member States concerned of the plans it has drawn up or updated pursuant to Articles L. 613-39, L. 613-40 and L. 613-40-1.

The resolution college shall notify, as appropriate, the person mentioned in I of Article L. 613-39 or the parent undertaking concerned pursuant to Article L. 613-40 of a summary of the main measures provided for in the plan applicable to them.

Article L613-40-2

Le collège de résolution communique au collège de supervision et, s’il y a lieu, aux autorités compétentes des Etats membres concernés les plans qu’il a établis ou mis à jour en application des articles L. 613-39, L. 613-40 et L. 613-40-1.

Le collège de résolution notifie, selon le cas, à la personne mentionnée au I de l’article L. 613-39 ou à l’entreprise mère concernée en application de l’article L. 613-40 une synthèse des principales mesures prévues par le plan qui leur est applicable.
