I.-Articles L. 211-36-1 to L. 211-38 do not prevent the application of measures imposed pursuant to Title V, Chapter III, Section 3 and Chapter IV of Regulation (EU) 2021/23.
II – Articles L. 211-36-1 to L. 211-38 shall not prevent the application of measures imposed by the relevant national authorities of another Member State of the Union by virtue of the provisions mentioned in I.
I.-Les articles L. 211-36-1 à L. 211-38 ne font pas obstacle à l’application des mesures imposées en application du titre V, chapitre III, section 3 et du chapitre IV du règlement (UE) 2021/23.
II.-Les articles L. 211-36-1 à L. 211-38 ne font pas davantage obstacle à des mesures imposées par les autorités nationales concernées d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union en vertu des dispositions mentionnées au I.
