I.-The contributions mentioned in 2° to 4° of the I of article L. 6131-1 are collected by the unions for the collection of social security and family allowance contributions and the general social security funds mentioned in articles L. 213-1 and L. 752-4 of the Social Security Code and by the bodies mentioned inarticle L. 723-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code in accordance with the rules and subject to the guarantees and penalties applicable to social security contributions.
For the collection of these contributions, the body mentioned inarticle L. 225-1-1 of the Social Security Code receives management fees as well as a flat rate set, with regard to the risk of non-recovery, in accordance with the procedures set out in 5° of the same article. The body referred to inArticle L. 723-11 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code , for its part, receives management fees in accordance with the procedures determined by an agreement between this body and the institution referred to in Article L. 6123-5 of this Code, and approved by the ministers responsible for social security and agriculture.
