Article L614-17 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

If the decision not to grant a period for voluntary departure is annulled, the surveillance measures provided for in articles L. 731-1, L. 731-3, L. 741-1 and L. 743-13 are immediately terminated, and the president of the administrative court or the magistrate appointed for this purpose reminds the foreign national of his obligation to leave French territory within the period set for him by the administrative authority pursuant to articles L. 612-1 or L. 612-2. This period runs from the date of notification.

Si la décision de ne pas accorder de délai de départ volontaire est annulée, il est immédiatement mis fin aux mesures de surveillance prévues aux articles L. 731-1, L. 731-3, L. 741-1 et L. 743-13, et le président du tribunal administratif ou le magistrat désigné à cette fin rappelle à l’étranger son obligation de quitter le territoire français dans le délai qui lui sera fixé par l’autorité administrative en application des articles L. 612-1 ou L. 612-2. Ce délai court à compter de sa notification.
