Article L6163-2 of the French Public Health Code

Sociétés coopératives hospitalières de médecins must be registered on the roll of the Conseil départemental des médecins (Departmental Council of Doctors) for the place where their registered office is located.

Acts and documents issued by the cooperative and intended for third parties, in particular letters, invoices, advertisements and various publications, must legibly state the cooperative’s name, preceded or followed by the words: “société coopérative hospitalière de médecins à capital variable” and accompanied by a mention of the form in which the company is constituted as well as the registration number on the roll of the departmental council.

Les sociétés coopératives hospitalières de médecins doivent être inscrites au tableau du conseil départemental des médecins du lieu de leur siège social.

Les actes et documents émanant de la coopérative et destinés aux tiers, notamment les lettres, factures, annonces et publications diverses, doivent indiquer lisiblement la dénomination sociale de la coopérative, précédée ou suivie des mots : “société coopérative hospitalière de médecins à capital variable” et accompagnée de la mention de la forme sous laquelle la société est constituée ainsi que du numéro d’inscription au tableau du conseil départemental.
