Article L622-5 of the French Commercial code

From the opening judgment, any third party holder is required to hand over to the administrator or, failing this, to the judicial representative, at the latter’s request, the accounting documents and books with a view to their examination.

Dès le jugement d’ouverture, tout tiers détenteur est tenu de remettre à l’administrateur ou, à défaut, au mandataire judiciaire, à la demande de celui-ci, les documents et livres comptables en vue de leur examen.
