An apprenticeship contract is a special type of employment contract between an apprentice or their legal representative and an employer.
As well as paying a salary, the employer undertakes to provide the apprentice with full vocational training, some of which is given in the company and some in an apprentice training centre or apprenticeship section.
In return, the apprentice undertakes, with a view to his training, to work for the employer for the duration of the contract and to follow the training.
