The apprenticeship contract must state the date on which performance of the apprenticeship contract, the period of practical training on the employer’s premises and the period of training in the apprentice training centre begins.

The date on which practical training on the employer’s premises begins may not be more than three months after the start of performance of the contract.

The start date of the training period in the apprentice training centre may not be more than three months after the start of performance of the contract.

Le contrat d’apprentissage porte mention de la date du début de l’exécution du contrat d’apprentissage, de la période de formation pratique chez l’employeur et de la période de formation en centre de formation d’apprentis.

La date de début de la formation pratique chez l’employeur ne peut être postérieure de plus de trois mois au début d’exécution du contrat.

La date de début de la période de formation en centre de formation d’apprentis ne peut être postérieure de plus de trois mois au début d’exécution du contrat.
