Article L6222-3 of the French Labour Code

A decree shall determine the conditions for application of the derogations provided for in Article L. 6222-2, in particular the maximum period within which the apprenticeship contract referred to in 1° of that same Article must be signed after the previous contract has expired.

Other measures for the application of this sub-section are determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L6222-3

Un décret détermine les conditions d’application des dérogations prévues à l’article L. 6222-2, notamment le délai maximum dans lequel le contrat d’apprentissage mentionné au 1° de ce même article est souscrit après l’expiration du contrat précédent.

Les autres mesures d’application de la présente sous-section sont déterminées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
