Article L6222-37 of the French Labour Code

With regard to the disabled, adjustments have been made to the provisions of articles :

1° L. 6222-1 to L. 6222-3, relating to the conditions for forming an apprenticeship contract ;

2° L. 6222-7 to L. 6222-10, relating to the duration of the contract ;

3° L. 6222-15, relating to successive apprenticeship contracts;

4° L. 6222-19, relating to termination of the contract before the fixed term in the event of obtaining the diploma or qualification being prepared;

5° L. 6223-3 and L. 6223-4, relating to the employer’s training obligations;

6° And the second paragraph of article L. 6222-24, relating to the length of working hours in the company.

En ce qui concerne les personnes handicapées, des aménagements sont apportés aux dispositions des articles :

1° L. 6222-1 à L. 6222-3, relatifs aux conditions de formation du contrat d’apprentissage ;

2° L. 6222-7 à L. 6222-10, relatifs à la durée du contrat ;

3° L. 6222-15, relatif à la succession de contrats d’apprentissage ;

4° L. 6222-19, relatif à la rupture du contrat avant le terme fixé en cas d’obtention du diplôme ou du titre préparé ;

5° L. 6223-3 et L. 6223-4, relatifs aux obligations de l’employeur en matière de formation ;

6° Et du second alinéa de l’article L. 6222-24, relatif à la durée du temps de travail dans l’entreprise.
