Make An Appointment

Article L6223-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Members of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council may receive an allowance for each day they attend Council meetings. They are also entitled to the reimbursement of expenses that may result from the exercise of special mandates entrusted to them by their council.

The procedures for the application of this article are laid down by deliberation of the territorial council.

Les membres du conseil économique, social et culturel peuvent bénéficier d’une indemnité pour chaque journée de présence aux séances du conseil. Ils ont droit en outre au remboursement des frais pouvant résulter de l’exercice des mandats spéciaux dont ils sont chargés par leur conseil.

Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par délibération du conseil territorial.
