The temporary employment undertakings referred to in article L. 1251-45 may conclude apprenticeship contracts. These contracts provide the apprentice with vocational training provided partly in the company as part of the temporary work assignments defined in Chapter I of Title V of Book II of Part One and partly in an apprentice training centre or apprenticeship section under the conditions laid down in Article L. 1251-57.
The minimum duration of each temporary work assignment carried out as part of the apprenticeship is six months. The time devoted to the teaching provided in the apprentice training centre or apprenticeship section and relating to these assignments is taken into account in this duration.
The tutoring function mentioned in article L. 6223-6 is carried out by an apprentice master in the temporary work company and by an apprentice master in the user company.
