Article L623-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The provisions of articles L. 614-7 to L. 614-13 are applicable to challenges to the surrender decision and any accompanying ban on movement on French territory when the foreign national who is the subject of the decision is under house arrest pursuant to article L. 731-1 or placed or held in administrative detention pursuant to Title IV of Book VII.

Les dispositions des articles L. 614-7 à L. 614-13 sont applicables à la contestation de la décision de remise et de l’interdiction de circulation sur le territoire français qui l’assortit le cas échéant lorsque l’étranger qui en fait l’objet est assigné à résidence en application de l’article L. 731-1 ou placé ou maintenu en rétention administrative en application du titre IV du livre VII.
