Article L6241-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

To the local authority’s public service delegation agreements transmitted by application of 4° of Article LO 6241-2 to the State representative within fifteen days of their signature, the president of the territorial council attaches all the documents, the list of which is set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

He certifies, by a note affixed to the agreement notified to the holder of the delegation, that it has indeed been transmitted, specifying the date of this transmission.

He informs, within fifteen days, the State representative of the date of notification of this agreement.

Article L6241-5

Aux conventions de délégation de service public de la collectivité transmises par application du 4° de l’article LO 6241-2 au représentant de l’Etat dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de leur signature, le président du conseil territorial joint l’ensemble des pièces dont la liste est fixée par décret en Conseil d’Etat.

Il certifie, par une mention apposée sur la convention notifiée au titulaire de la délégation, qu’elle a bien été transmise, en précisant la date de cette transmission.

Il informe, dans un délai de quinze jours, le représentant de l’Etat de la date de notification de cette convention.
