Any worker engaged in working life or any person undertaking to do so has a right to vocational qualifications and must be able to follow, on his own initiative, training enabling him, whatever his status, to progress during his working life by at least one level by acquiring a qualification corresponding to the foreseeable needs of the economy in the short or medium term:
1° Either registered in the National Vocational Certification Register mentioned in Article L. 6113-1;
2° Or recognised in the classifications of a national branch collective agreement; or
3° Or entitles the holder to a branch or inter-branch professional qualification certificate.
