Article L6321-7 of the French Labour Code

In the cases provided for in 1° and 2° of article L. 6321-6, the employee’s refusal to participate in training activities outside working hours or the termination of the agreement under the conditions provided for in article L. 6321-6, does not constitute misconduct or grounds for dismissal.
