Article L6323-33 of the French Labour Code

The personal training account of the beneficiary of a work support and assistance contract referred to inarticle L. 311-4 of the Code de l’Action Sociale et des Familles (Social Action and Family Code ) is funded in euros each year and used by the holder or his/her legal representative to enable him/her to undertake training on his/her own initiative. The account may only be used with the express agreement of the account holder or his/her legal representative.

Article L6323-33

Le compte personnel de formation du bénéficiaire d’un contrat de soutien et d’aide par le travail mentionné à l’article L. 311-4 du code de l’action sociale et des familles est alimenté en euros au titre de chaque année et mobilisé par le titulaire ou son représentant légal afin qu’il puisse suivre, à son initiative, une formation. Le compte ne peut être mobilisé qu’avec l’accord exprès de son titulaire ou de son représentant légal.
