Article L6323-43 of the French Labour Code

The holder of a personal training account may use the rights registered in this account to finance all or part of a training action requested under the individual right to training for local elected representatives mentioned inarticle L. 1621-3 of the general code for local authorities, when this training action contributes to their professional reintegration.

Article L6323-43

Le titulaire d’un compte personnel de formation peut mobiliser les droits inscrits sur ce compte afin de financer tout ou partie d’une action de formation sollicitée au titre du droit individuel à la formation des élus locaux mentionné à l’article L. 1621-3 du code général des collectivités territoriales, lorsque cette action de formation contribue à sa réinsertion professionnelle.
